3. SMS and Email Marketing
When you sign up to receive marketing messages from us — through our website signup forms, our loyalty program, or in person — you are providing your express consent to receive recurring promotional emails and/or text messages from Aurora Pie Co. at the email address and/or phone number you provide.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional messages related to your orders (order confirmations, delivery status, etc.).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

This includes Toast (our point-of-sale, online ordering, and payment processing platform), our delivery partners (DoorDash, Uber), our marketing platform, and our website host (Cloudflare). These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we authorize.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others.
- Business transfers — if Aurora Pie Co. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in to your account, measure site performance, and (with your consent where required) deliver relevant advertising.

12. The Family Table Rewards Program Terms
The Family Table is the loyalty program operated by Aurora Pie Co. ("we," "us"). By joining or participating, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
Membership is free and open to U.S. residents aged 13 and older. One account per person. Members must provide a valid email address and (optionally) a mobile phone number to enroll. Aurora Pie Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend membership for any reason consistent with applicable law, including suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.
How You Earn Slices
Members earn one (1) "slice" for each qualifying order with a subtotal of $10.00 or more, before tax, tip, and delivery fees. Slices are earned only on orders placed directly through Aurora Pie Co. — either in person, by phone, or through our online ordering page powered by Toast. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or similar) are not eligible to earn slices.
A maximum of one (1) slice may be earned per member per calendar day, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.
Slice Expiration
Slices expire twelve (12) months from the date earned. Expired slices cannot be restored or extended except at our sole discretion.
How You Redeem Slices
Eight (8) accumulated slices may be redeemed for one (1) free 14" cheese pizza, valid for any specialty pizza or Build-Your-Own with standard toppings; additional toppings, premium toppings, and upgrades are charged at then-current menu prices. Redeemed free pizzas must be claimed within sixty (60) days of redemption. Free pizza rewards may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
Welcome Reward
New members receive one (1) credited slice upon enrollment, providing a starting balance of one slice toward the free pizza reward. From time to time we may also offer additional welcome incentives (such as a free side or dessert); these are subject to separate promotional terms communicated at enrollment.
Birthday Reward
Members who provide a valid date of birth at enrollment are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary small Cinnamon Stix order during their birthday month. The reward is delivered automatically through the loyalty platform and is valid for approximately fifteen days before and fifteen days after the member's listed birthday. The birthday reward may be combined with the free-pizza reward.
General Rules and Restrictions
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another member's account.
- Slices and rewards cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or third-party offer unless we explicitly state otherwise.
- Members are responsible for keeping their account information current. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact information.
- The Family Table is offered as a courtesy and is not a contract for goods or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or to change these terms, at any time, with reasonable notice posted on our website or sent to enrolled members.
- If the program is terminated, members will have a reasonable period (at least thirty days) to redeem any earned, unexpired slices.
Account Data
Information you provide when enrolling (name, email, phone number, date of birth, order history) is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy above. Loyalty data is processed by Toast on our behalf as part of the Toast platform.
